How to apply for a place in Reception 2017
* Go to www.leeds.gov.uk and click on the ‘apply for a primary school place’ button
* Create an account and submit your choices
* Complete a SIF (Supplementary Information Form) at Holy Family School
* Your place will be confirmed by Leeds City Council, by email, on or around 13th April 2017

Admissions to Nursery - September
It is never too early to register your child on our Nursery waiting list. If spaces are available, a child will be invited to attend our Nursery in the term after they are three.
If your child will be three before September and you are interested in a Nursery place, please come to the school office and complete a SIF (Supplementary Information Form).

Appeals timetable 2017
If the Governors have not been able to meet your preferene for a place at this school for Reception September 2017, you can appeal against the decision to an independant appeals panel.
You will need to put your appeal in writing and send this by DATE TO BE CONFIRMED to Holy Family Catholic Primary School.
Appeals submitted by this date will be heard within 40 school days.
Appeals submitted after this date will be heard within 40 school days from the date when the appeal is received by Holy Family Catholic Primary School; this may not be before the end of the academic year.
You must ensure any additional evidence you wish to submit in support of your appeal is received by the Clerk to the RC Appeals Panel at least four working days before your appeal.
Appeals against a decision for any other year group will be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being received by Holy Family Catholic Primary School.
Following the hearing, decision letters will be sent within five school days of the hearing.
School days are term time only and do not include school holidays. If an appeal is submitted in the holidays the school days deadline will not start until the beginning of the next term, e.g. an appeal received in July after school have closed will not be heard until the new academic term. School days will start from the beginning of September when the term starts.
