I know Mrs Merdani would love for you to keep practising all the lovely things you have been learning in your lessons. You may even want to create a poster to show off all the wonderful things you have learnt.

Here are some activities you could do at home and show off your french skills:

Week 2 - 30.03.20

Week 1 - 23.03.20

Writing

Below you can find a range of writing activities you can do with your child at any point during the day/week. Feel free to complete as many or little as you feel is appropriate for your child.

These can be completed in their lined exercise book or on their own paper!

Don't forget to email any work that your child is proud of. I can't wait to read some of their writing!

Reading

Below are some mini reading comprehensions you may want to try at home.

Science - Whizz Pop Bang

https://www.whizzpopbang.com/free-resources/

Whizz Pop Bang is a great Science resource who are offering free activities for you to do at home!

Geography

This half-term we have started to learn all about a fantastic topic ‘Exploring America’. This includes North, South and Central America. Below are a range of activity ideas you could do at home linked to this topic. See if you can take up the challenge to complete as many tasks as you can (or anything you can think of yourself). We hope that you enjoy completing these tasks and can’t wait to see your completed work!

Useful Websites:

Below is a list of some other websites that are offering free educational resources/games that the children may want to use while at home.

http://www.pobble365.com/ - Pobble 365

Pobble 365 is a free website that the children are familiar with that as a school we feel is a good resource for the children to practise and keep on top of their reading, comprehension and writing skills. Nothing needs to be printed for this, but they can use their lined exercise book to complete the tasks. (This is a website that has a new picture/activity for every day of the year).
